HOW CAN I CHECK MY BALANCE?
There are several ways you can check your FlexPay account balance:
  • You can access your account and usage information online through a secure website at www.myusage.com. The website provides access to your current balance, current usage, detailed usage history, transaction history, manage alerts, etc.
  • Download the MyUsage App for any smartphone.
  • You can call (706) 379-3121 or (828) 837-1017 and press option 5 for 24 hour access to your balance and usage information.
  • You can set up FlexPay to email your current balance daily to you.
