In an ongoing effort to provide improved levels of service to our Members, BRMEMC has hired TSE Services to conduct a Member satisfaction survey during the month of December. Survey results will help BRMEMC gain constructive feedback from our Members.
All telephone interviewing will be conducted by Data Decisions Group, a large market research firm based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Professional telephone interviewers will identify themselves as calling on behalf of Blue Ridge Mountain EMC. Calls originating from the Data Decisions Group will have a “919” area code.
Telephone interviews will be made primarily during weeknights from 5:30pm to no later than 8:30pm local time. Additional calling on Saturday may be instituted if necessary. No surveys are conducted on Sunday or holidays.
Residential Members are the target audience for the study and will be randomly selected from lists provided by BRMEMC. No personal account or other sensitive Member information will be shared with the Data Decisions Group. Members’ participation in the survey will provide BRMEMC’s management team with pertinent information on the cooperative’s overall performance. This will benefit BRMEMC as we strive to provide safe and reliable electric service to our Members.
