What is FlexPay?
Think of FlexPay the same as putting gas in your car. You pay for it before you use it. You can purchase small amounts every few days or “fill up the tank” and not worry about it for several weeks. When your supply is low, you simply purchase more. Purchasing before you use it allows you to control your budget. Statistics indicate that similar programs often help lower the member’s bill due to their awareness of usage patterns.
Is FlexPay the right choice for me?
Would it be easier for you to make daily, weekly or bi-weekly payments rather than one large payment each month? This program works best for people who want to take control of their utility accounts. By monitoring your consumption on a regular basis, you will begin to notice patterns in your day-to-day usage. Any variation from this pattern, such as house guest (increase) or vacation (decrease), will become evident as you monitor your account. Monitoring and controlling daily usage can help keep those utility costs down.

With FlexPay there is never a deposit required! You simply make payments to your account to increase your balance to the level of desire.
No! With FlexPay instead of receiving a traditional paper bill, usage is calculated daily (based on your actual electric usage, plus a FlexPay service fee) and deducted from your balance. On this plan, you never pay a late fee.
When setting up your FlexPay account, we will customize ALERTS that will send you emails, text messages and even automated phone calls concerning your low balance. If your FlexPay account falls below zero, you will receive an ALERT notifying you that your account will be disconnected, and the electricity will turn off. However, purchasing more is easy and available 24-hours per day with no reconnection fees. Electricity is usually restored within 45 minutes after payment is made.
That is entirely up to you. The benefit of FlexPay is that you create the program to fit your budget. You can purchase enough credit to last a few days, a week or more.
